1937 Bugatti sold for about $7.92 mn at auction

Who said that there aren’t any classic Bugattis around? Have a look at the Dr. Peter and Susan Williamson Collection. California’s Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance saw the auction of a 1937 model of a Bugatti at the Gooding & Co.’s auto auction. It was one of the collection of the Dr. Peter and Susan Williamson Collection that’s already world famous for the Bugattis that they have under their belt. The buyer managed to win a bid of $7.92 million! It won’t really be wise to get this one out on the road in the current day but it will surely adorn someone’s collage of vintage cars. The next highest price was $2.2 million for a 1950 Ferrari 166 MM Berlinetta Le Mans. This may give a huge complex to those overpriced super cars by some big names in the business.
