Elvis Presley’s private plane is up for sale once again

As reported by us early last year, Elvis Presley’s rusted private jet from 1962 was set off on auction and purchased for a hefty figure! However, the then proud owner seems to have lost interest in the precious plane a little too soon and is now willing to sell it off to another die-hard fan. So, for those interested, here’s a chance to own Elvis’s luxe plane of one time yet again!

The red 1962 Lockheed Jetstar comes with red velvet seats and a red shag carpet, with gold-tone woodwork for an interior. It however, has no engine and needs a serious restoration of its cockpit. The rustic yet luxe jet was left unattended for 36 years on a tarmac in Roswell, New Mexico, and was attempted to be sold in auction last year. It was also successfully purchased by the current owner for a whopping, $430,000.
