Madonna paid her tribute to Marilyn Monroe and her pink satin gown from the “Diamonds are a Girl’s Best Friend” dance piece from Gentlemen Prefer Blondes in the song Material Girl, and now It’s your turn to play Marilyn Monroe! The performance that transformed Monroe into a diva is now all set to go under the hammer under the Profiles in History’s Three Million Dollar Hollywood Auction 40. As a highlight item for the auction, the dress is estimated to fetch between $150,000 and $250,000.
