World’s most expensive Valentines Day gift auction includes the world’s oldest timepiece


Curious about what the world’s oldest timepiece will fetch at auction? So are we. The rare and exceptional timepiece is being auctioned by Alex Carroll on Valentine’s Day. Titled ‘The Crown Jewel of the Sea’, it is touted as the most expensive Valentine’s Day auction ever. Alex Carroll who has a penchant for collecting and transforming nature made heart shaped finds says “it is number one in his limited edition series of clocks and pendants.” The timepiece is made from a 20 million year old naturally heart shaped fossilized Bali Star Coral. It is paired with a matching gold pendant made from natural heart shaped red sea glass.

Bidding for The Crown Jewel of the Sea timepiece will start at $1 million and all proceeds from auction will benefit the winning bidder’s choice of charity.
Love can be valued with money but the world’s most expensive Valentine gift is worth much more than million dollars.
