Following in the footsteps of Giorgio Armani, Tommy Hilfiger, and Versace, the Italian luxury brand Fendi is using bricks and mortar as their canvas for the construction of new residences on the Atlantic Coast. Though Fendi Casa has designed exclusive projects for residential real estate development and private clientele, this project will mark its first branded real estate project worldwide in partnership with the Château Group. The 12-storey waterfront Fendi Château Residences will be located at 9365 Collins Avenue, just south of the The Bal Harbour Shops.
The ambitious project will feature 58 units comprising apartments and penthouses, and span between 3,300 to more than 7,000 square feet with 10-foot ceilings and ocean-view terraces. The super-luxe residences will be priced from $5 million to $22 million and will come complete with Fendi Casa kitchen, Gaggenau appliances, Italian marble bathrooms as well staff quarters.
“Fendi Château Residences further consolidate our ties in the luxury private property sector, in particular with a qualitative partner like Château Group,” said Fendi chairman and chief executive officer Pietro Beccari. “It fully expresses the codes, history and savoir-faire that characterize Fendi.”
The project is slated for completion in June 2016.
