With iPhone-controlled elevators, L.A.’s paparazzi-free penthouse is listed for a whopping $50 million

With the paparazzi swarming our precious celebrities every now and then, it’s only fair that there be a solution! And Genton Property Group’s Jonathan Genton is one with it! The real estate mogul has developed a ‘paparazzi-free’ pad in the periphery of the famed Beverly Hills. Think phone-controlled keyless private elevators and garage bound penthouse elevators!

A 12 storey Four Seasons Private Residence may just be the new hub for our A-listed celebrities. With a 12,000 square foot penthouse listed for a $50 million, only those raking in the big bucks can afford it. The ultra-glam penthouse offers unprecedented views of L.A.’s skyline, a terrace lounging area and a dining area against the backdrop of L.A.
