However, Manchester City turned down the bid, given that the English club values the player at a lot more. Also, French soccer club Paris Saint-Germain has offered a whopping 30 million Euros plus 5m in variables for the 27-year-old Tevez and is willing to offer the player a sum of 10m Euros-a-year for the move!
