JK Rowling receives an antique diamond bracelet as a thank-you gift

From rags to riches, seems to be the perfect way to describe JK Rowling’s career path in the past 10 years or so. When Harry Potter makes you so rich that you can buy everything you want, what do people gift you to show their gratitude that fits a decade of success? At the after party of the London premier of Harry Potter And The Deathly Hallows Part 2, Meyer, guarded by a team of security guards presented Rowling the bracelet, crafted in white gold and encrusted with 40 diamonds. Not a bad way to impress a lady I say!
