Kobe Bryant’s plastic mask auctioned off to help the homeless

Kobe Bryant decided to sport a mask in March to protect his nose that Dwyane Wade broke in the All-Star Game. After its work was over, the NBA star decided to use it to raise money for the Kobe and Vanessa Bryant Family Foundation’s Youth Homelessness Initiative. Put up for grabs on eBay, the mask attracted 20 bidders and 129 separate bids before finally going for $67,100. Looks like the big boy has a heart of gold, but then again considering his fan following, this record was waiting to be broken!
