It was at last year’s SIHH when I truly understood the reach of Anish Bhatt. I was taking a cab from the venue (PalExpo) to go to downtown Geneva and the driver asked me – ‘Isnt that guy from Instagram, what is he called… Watch Anish?’. At a distance, it was Anish about to enter the halls of SIHH. When it comes to the world of horology he is nothing short of a rock star. With a massive Instagram following of 1.7 million, Anish works with a majority of watch brands in the industry and showcases the fine timepieces in a very stylish and flamboyant way.
Now Anish is making the move from the mobile screen to the TV screen, Netflix to be precise. Details are sketchy but Anish has mentioned that he would be shooting for coming 3 – 4 months for a show or episode that will be aired in summer. Whatever it may be Anish we just can’t wait to know more about it.
