Christian Louboutin creates first capsule collection with SportyHenri

Christian Louboutin has announced a new collaboration with the sports lifestyle brand SportyHenri. Together the two brands created a four piece capsule collection consisting of stylish limited edition sneakers for men. SportyHenri is an ecommerce platform by French professional handball player Henri Tai, and this is the second collaboration between Tai and Louboutin, they previously joined forces to create the Olympic uniform for Cuba’s athletes.

Louboutin’s sneakers are inspired by SportyHenri’s motto of “Mettre Le Sport En Valeur” and his quartet of designs uses a clean palette of white, black and blue to bring some sporty luxury to both low and high-top sneakers. Minimalists can choose the plainer designs while the adventurous can opt for bold prints. The collection is small but each shoe design is versatile and chic.
