Fancy a pair of diamond-encrusted Rolls Royce heels?


Rolls-Royce has always been a brand that stands for uber-luxury and has been favored by patrons for the extravagant charm. The fashion world too boasts of several associations with them in the past. The latest high-end marvel inspired by this iconic brand is a pair of high heels fully studded with diamonds. Called The Charm of Rolls-Royce, this bling extravagance is fully encrusted with gems and has toe caps made to look like the grille of one of the luxury motors, hence costing a whopping $5300! They have been created by Chinese designer Chris Lu and are on sale at a shop in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province. This pair not only won the second prize in last year’s International Shoe Design Competition but may also be entered for a Guinness world record as the high-heeled shoes with the most diamonds in the world.


The Charm of Rolls-Royce, owing to its unique created quite the stir in the fashion-loving country of China and as a result, the shopping mall where it is being sold erected a 1.8-meter tall replica of the footwear, adorned with 318,000 crystals. While they are definitely eye-catching, how practical are they really?
