The brand is celebrating 20 this year and to commemorate the occasion, Creative Director, and niece of Mr Choo, Sandra Choi has designed a capsule collection called Memento. It features 20 bags and shoes that are reimagined and designed to highlight the high glamour and luscious red carpet looks it prides over.
Choi has also designed a limited edition shoe trunk with 20 shoe drawers each lined with suede and finished with a brad card holder to display a show sketch from Memento. Grab Cloud, a red flocked metal clutch bag is the bag in line to celebrate this anniversary. It is priced at $3,995. A gold-embroidered crystal version of this is also available at $4,950. In its 20-year journey, Jimmy Choo has made 618 carpet appearances and walked 46.4 miles on the red carpet.
