Limited edition Montblanc pen commemorates the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin wall

The pen is mightier than the sword. How true these words are. It is so fitting that Germany’s Montblanc has come up with a pen that commemorates the 25th anniversary of the fall of the Berlin Wall.

The Berlin Wall was erected in 1961, during the Cold War Era, splitting up Germany into East and West Germany. Amongst jubilations and celebrations it was pulled down in 1989 reuniting Germany.

montblanc-1Montblanc does its bit in promoting International peace with the launch of their “red gold plated nib embossed with the quadriga on the Brandenburg Gate. This writing instrument will be available only at the brands boutiques in Berlin for one year.
