Lottery Heiress sews up a dress with £1m notes

Hannah Cooper, whose parents, Gareth and Jenny Cooper, had won £2.5m about three years back, was legitimate enough to dream of big money and creations that flaunted that big money. 20-year old Hannah, who is studying fashion at the University of Wales in Newport, decided to print £20 banknotes onto silver silk after asking the Bank of England for permission, of course. When summed up, the total amount on the dress came to over £1m. Apparently, she got the idea of stitching up a dress with money on it when her parents bagged the jackpot. She is hoping that her dress gets captured in fashion shows before it goes on permanent display.
