Louis Vuitton L’Aventure pop-up store to come up in Paris

French fashion house Louis Vuitton has announced plans of opening a pop-up shop dedicated to a capsule collection of plush travel items. The luxury label that came to dazzling light through its stylish, streamlined alternatives to the bulky baggage of back-in-the-day commemorates its luggage legacy. It is launching the L’Aventure pop-up store on the prominent Avenue Montaigne in Paris. Established in collaboration with Canadian journalist Tyler Brulé, the boutique is slated to open from Sept. 12 through Dec. 31. The pop-up will feature LV’s chic city guides and an exclusive collection of travel accessories, including suitcases, bags, and other essentials, plus personalizing as well as repair services. The ‘art of packing,’ is the brand’s claim to fame, will also see practice among posh patrons seeking insight (and some monogrammed merchandise, perhaps).

The brand has earlier paid a year-long Parisian tribute to ‘writing’ in its pop-up store at Place Saint-Germain-des-Prés called Cabinet d’Ecriture. The LV store has also “popped-up” at level Shoe District, Dubai dedicating solely to soles, evening shoes that is. And at America’s cup village in San Francisco with everything from shoes, watches, prêt collections, et al.
