Renowned french bakery Laduree’ has unveiled an all-new fragrance

While French marquee Ladurée is best known for its sugary delights, it has gradually branched out and made a name for itself in other departments over the years. After launching an all-exclusive makeup and cosmetic collection in 2013, the brand also presented us with a mesmerizing scent: The Les Merveilleuse Eau de Parfum earlier this year.

In an ode to bring in a polished variant of its debut perfume, Ladurée is now set to introduce the Les Merveilleuse Eau de Toilette, a new and upgraded version of its predecessor. While the former was inspired by the 18th-century era and the classic notes of iris root and face powder, the former fragrance while taking into consideration the powdery elements of iris, further defines it with vibrant notes of citrus and more. The resulting concoction is a soft floral blend with a mesmerizing base of iris, violet and jasmine, further complemented by notes of fresh berry fruit and bitter orange.

The novel fragrance also brings with it invigorating hints of orris, gentle musk and white suede that perfectly round out all the flavors of the scent in one place. As for the decanter, the new Les Merveilleuses finds its home in an elegant glass container that apes the design of the original for many parts and replace its golden top with a luxe silver stopper. The Les Merveilleuse Eau de Toilette by Ladurée is currently available for $93 USD (Approx) /50ml.
