When you own a MINI car, you need a lifestyle to match! That’s why MINI has collaborated with six Italian designers to create a capsule collection that will be shown off at the 88th Pitti Uomo held in Florence, Italy. The capsule collection consists of six items each inspired by the MINI Clubman, from sunglasses to hats, these are accessories that make the man! SuperDuper, TYG Spectacles, Alberto Premi, Pijama, perfumer Paola Bottai and Proraso are the lucky brands chosen for the collaboration, each offering something unique to the collection.
These handmade premium grade felt hats were inspired by leather of the premium upholstery used in the MINI Clubman. Their luxe materials and traditional style make them perfect toppers for the modern gentleman.
TYG Spectacles Sunglasses
Sunglasses are a gentleman’s best friend and this pair combines high-grade acetate with brushed metal for an elegant, sporty look. Their elliptical form and minimalist design reflect design features of the new MINI Clubman.
Alberto Premi Shoes
Made of the finest hand-cut upper leather combined with a modern, ultralight micro sole, these shoes are urban and elegant. The rich chocolate color and texture elements are an added bonus.
This genius bag can be used as a backpack, briefcase or shoulder bag. Its clever inner bag system offers maximum storage space. You can be sure that your gear will always be safe thanks to the bag’s base neoprene material.
Paola Bottai Fragrance
Italian perfumer Paola Bottai describes the fragrance in the MINI Gentleman’s Collection as “Classy, cosmopolitan and a little mysterious.” Woody notes and spices characterize this fragrance which evokes distant lands.
Proraso shaving kit
This vintage barber-look shaving kit from the MINI Gentleman’s Collection, consists of a classic shaving brush, pre-shaving cream, shaving cream and aftershave balm. The kit’s packaging was designed by Italian illustrator Pietro Nicolaucich.
With Father’s Day around the corner, you’ll want to bookmark some of these cool gifts. This is not the first time we’ve seen interesting collaborations from car companies, BMW’s I8 was the muse behind a range of Louis Vuitton bags last year. Just last month, BMW also launched their sustainable I collection of accessories.
