With exclusive pop-up stores being the trend of the season, Harrods has crafted a chic pop-up store to celebrate the opulent capsule collection by Valentino – “The World of Valentino” The luxury departmental store in London will sport a collection of women’s adornments and ready to wear garments, designed exclusively for the store by the brand’s creative designers Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pierpaolo Piccioli.
Considering this is Valentino we are talking about, you cannot expect anything but classy; renowned architect David Chipperfield is conceptualizing the store.
While leather bags and embellishments boast bold patterns and lacquered studs, the prefabricated selection entail four embroidered dresses, three gowns and a short dress. Adorn your Christmas tree with exceptional hand-blown Valentino glass baubles.
Three of the department store’s Brompton Road windows have been given over to the special capsule, with a fourth holiday window showcasing a Peace concept with a reinterpretation of a 1991 white haute couture gown.
“The World of Valentino” will commence in Harrods from November 27 until January next year.
