Unique Harry Winston Jewelry Box designed by Stephen Burks is made of quartz

I love jewelry boxes, especially those with meticulously designed compartments and sections to house every kind of ornament. And those who adore something that exquisite will surely appreciate this stunning one-off Harry Winston jewelry box commissioned by Wallpaper magazine. Made for the magazine’s annual Handmade issue by US industrial artist Stephen Burks, the specially commissioned box was unveiled at the Salone del Mobile in Milan, Italy.

Hand-carved from a piece of transparent quartz, you can actually see every piece of jewelry from its transparent exteriors. As for storing jewelry, each piece finds its place in the box, thanks to a custom-designed stand placed on top of the crystal tray from where you can see the hand-carved latticework of the case. Stephen Burks’s expertise can be seen in intricate matrix-motif and emerald-cut silhouette.
