With star kids like Suri Cruz and Romeo Bechkam making fashion statements with a bang, there are several players trying to enter the kiddies arena. And now it’s time for Versace to open doors to the Young Versace store. Opening its first children’s clothing boutique in Milan, the lilac and white store featuring “a fairground ride and super-sized candy canes inside” was launched at the international children’s wear exhibition Pitti Immagine Bimbo in June 2010.
The store boasts of “Leopard-print and Swarovski crystal baby bottles, fairytale dresses and mini-suits with silk cummerbunds” in the boutique done up in “Versace’s signature Medusa-head that decorates the carpets and walls“.
