Custom built home theatre is worth $300,000 and fabulous
With the SuperBowl season on, everyone wants a piece of that action. Wouldn’t it be wonderful to watch it from your own custom-built home theatre? Sure it might be a little heavy on the pocket, but imagine an all-important touchdown on a more than impressive set up? This idea is the brainchild of Jeffrey Smith who fixed a deal with First Impressions Themed Theatres Inc. to make custom-designed home theaters. Of course it is no easy task when the design involves having a floor that vibrates. In his words, “the floor doesn’t stroke the walls or the concrete beneath… It enlarges and contracts with air pressure, so that when the sub woofers jolt in, you can feel the whole lot coming up from base of seats.” Sounds brilliant doesn’t it? Imagine watching a fast paced thriller here? The other features include light blue LED lighting, the concealed bass absorbers, omni diffusers and strategic deflectors, enhancing the sound and the visual of the set up. The theatre chairs are amazing too with fully motorized having Granite drink holders and condiment trays. Just fill ‘em up and you won’t have to get up ever again except maybe when you want to hit the bar. But you won’t have to walk long as it is its right behind you in its green marble-topped glory, and christened as “buddy bar”. Also, it is all sound proof, so crank up the volume. I love the red velvet seat covers, they make everything look so plush.

This home theatre cost more than $300,000, but were you expecting anything less? Rent some classics and invite your favorite person to get cozy with and enjoy the awesomeness of this home theatre.
