Kipnis Studio Standard is worth $6 million

If wishes were horses then beggars would ride them, right? But where will the beggars get the money from to own a horse to ride? However, Jeremy Kipnis seems to have more than enough money to ride his horse and fulfill his wishes! This music engineer/producer has spent $6 million on a home theater. Kipnis calls his creation the Kipnis Studio Standard, and if all goes according to plan, wealthy movie industry professionals, actors, directors, and producers will be lining up to commission him to custom-design and build a KSS for them. The KSS features an 8-foot IMAX-like screen, Sony professional projector, 16 18-inch Snell subs. The 8.8 channel audio system is fed by a well-balanced combination of audiophile solid-state and vacuum-tube amplifiers. Using 16 of 18-inch subwoofers, you can expect sound beyond imagination.

The KSS pictured here is Beta Ciné, and there’s an even bigger KSS Alpha Ciné in the planning stages. The Alpha Ciné is intended for much larger venues. And Kipnis is also working on the Gamma Ciné for smaller living rooms, bedrooms, and kitchens.
