Work out with Nike Plus

You must have danced to the tunes of good music umpteen times. Now refurbish, get you work-out gear on and exercise to the tunes of music. If you have no clue what we are talking about then let us update you, for the coolest gizmo on the block is here to rock you. The Nike plus is a result of the alliance of two of the worlds most ground-breaking and pioneering companies- Nike and Apple. It is a must-have for the ultimate synthesis of sport and music: a pair of Nike+ shoes, an iPod nano, and the Nike+iPod Sport Kit. The sports kit consists of a censor which you insert under the liner of your shoe and the receiver has to be attached to the nano. The shoe censor transmits info such as distance, time, speed and calories burnt to the iPod which is displayed on the screen.
