Anthony Bourdain and Eric Ripert partner with Williams Sonoma for a limited edition chocolate bar

T.V. personality and chef Anthony Bourdain and French chef Eric Ripert have partnered with éclat Chocolate to create a gourmet chocolate bar called “Salt and Sin”. The bar is made up of 72% cacao chocolate made from Fair Trade organic cocao beans and flavored with Himalayan sea salt, orange, fennel, and spices. Each 2.6 oz. bar is priced at $13 and they will be available exclusively at Williams Sonoma.

Previously the TV duo collaborated with the same company to create the “Good and Evil” chocolate bar. Éclat is known for their chocolate bars that spotlight unusual flavor combinations so this mix of orange, fennel and spices is not out of the ordinary for them.

The price may be higher than your usual chocolate slabs, but the promise of high quality ingredients makes them pretty tempting. Salt and Sin will make a great holiday gift for all the chocolate snobs or hipster dark chocolate lovers in your life.
