Chinese New Year brings en exclusive JW King George V limited edition whiskey on stands for world travelers

A new limited edition of John Walker & Sons King George V is going to be available only at duty free stores worldwide right about the time of the Chinese New Year, which is slated for 19th February. The release of this edition is set to mark the 80th anniversary of the Royal Warrant, a prestigious award that John Walker & Sons won and still hold till date that allows them to supply produce to the Royal Family. This edition is more of a visual celebration to the arts movement of the King George era with its delicate tiny gold, blossom and chandelier motifs adorning the burgundy packaging. The caramel colored drink matches its dark exterior with a refined beauty that only adds more volume and body to the hand crafted flavors of the super-premium whiskey. If anything should be added to your collector’s list, this is it!

This label gets its name because it is a perfect mix of whiskies from a number of distilleries that have been around since the monarch’s era. In the case of this exquisite drink, old is definitely gold!
