Londoners can now indulge in picture perfect Prada cakes and lattes

The greatest conundrum for almost every millennial is the choice between food and fashion; but fortunately for us, Prada has understood our dilemma.

After occupying an enviable position above the brand’s flagship Galleria store in Milan, Prada’s Marchesi 1824 bakery is debuting on British shores with an outpost in London’s chic Mayfair district, on Mount Street.

Anything from the house of Prada is picture-perfect, and the bakery is no exception. The bakery’s design is classy and sophisticated, think pastel hues and vintage cherry wood counters alongside gorgeous antique glass displays and stylish interior designs.

Slated to open in early April, the new Marchesi 1824 bakery’s menu is all we can think about – from traditional panettone to sugared almonds and vibrantly coated chocolates. If dessert doesn’t appeal to you, visit the in-store espresso bar.
