Cova – Milan’s beloved coffee brand is all set to step into the Emirati wonderland of Dubai! The iconic coffee cum pastry house, owned partly by French luxury conglomerate LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton will open it’s very first café in Dubai next year and residents simply cannot wait to savor its goodies and bask in its infamously elegant décor.
Scheduled to open at the Dubai Mall shopping destination, the Cova Dubai will carry forward its original magnificence and will feature mosaic flooring, golden mirrors, velvet sofas, crystal chandeliers and a mahogany and marble counter. The location of the café is strategically chosen to represent the brand’s luxurious personality and overall appeal. And hence the space will boast of a wide terrace with awe-inspiring views of The Dubai Fountain, the city’s Opera House and the Burj Khalifa tower.
It’s Dubai outlet is part of the brand’s endeavor to expand further across the globe. Currently the café is situated in 27 cities with establishments in Tokyo, Shanghai, Beijing, Taipei and Monte Carlo. Early this year, it’s historic unit in Milan also reopened its doors after a long-drawn refurbishment. As per Cova chief executive officer Paola Faccioli, the brand’s goal is to bring the Italian savoir-faire in the city and to be “Made in Italy ambassadors in the Middle East.” And making a foray into the Emirati land certainly marks a step towards reaching that goal!
