Diesel Living and Iris Ceramica gives birth to floor and wall quintuplets

When non-conventional goes to conventional, then the conventional starts to trend. The Milan Design Week is raking up some very interesting creations, and collaborations. One that caught our interest was Diesel Living holding hands with Iris Ceramica for a fabulous range of wall and floor coverings. Yes, we once called it wall papers, but that is so passé! This 2016 collection features five different styles using common materials in unassuming inclusions – Concrete, Industrial Glass, Camp, Stage and Hard Leather. It is obvious by the sounds of it that they have been considered to somewhere relate with Diesel’s DNA. All are rustic choices, whipped around to give a contemporary fizz.

Diesel Living could prove to be as popular as its legendary apparel cousin, and as for Iris Ceramica, the Italian manufacturer of high-tech glazed ceramic and porcelain tiles, it would get a lot more mileage from this association. It becomes part of a family of brands that Diesel Living has weaved together for the common cause of mass design appeal. Other brands in this union include Moroso for furniture, Foscarini for lighting, Scavolini for kitchens and bathrooms, Berti for wood floors and Seletti for home accessories.
