LUX* will occupy a 6-hectare island in the Northern part of the Maldives. Introducing the first contemporary-designed beach houses in the Maldives (inspired by superyacht architecture and South Beach heritage), LUX* will have 60 suites up to 255sqm, on the beach and over water. There will be 2 onsite restaurants, a bar, wine cave, LUX* Me Spa and kids club to complete the offering.
13 – The Langham Palm Jumeirah, UAE

The Langham’s first property in the Middle East, the resort will be located on the crescent of Palm Jumeirah. All 353 rooms will have outdoor terraces and sea-front views (either of the Palm or of the Arabian Gulf); 22 of the suites will have individual plunge pools.

The Oberoi Beach Resort, Al Zorah is a unique, luxury destination just 25 minutes from Dubai. Rooms and suites open to private terraces, while the villas have private, temperature-controlled pools. The Oberoi Spa options will impress the most discerning travelers, offering Western, Eastern and signature Oberoi massage therapies, Turkish hammams and Ayurveda.

One&Only Sanya is located in the southmost part of China, on the tropical vacation island in the South China Sea.
