20 – Provocateur Berlin, a Member of Design Hotels, Germany
Opening: March

The burlesque 58-room hotel promises to set new standards in terms of atmosphere and lifestyle by displaying a playful sensuality, very dear to Berlin. 18 – Proper San Fransisco, USA
Opening: Summer 2017

The 131-room San Francisco Proper Hotel occupy a 1907 flatiron building centrally located in the Mid-Market neighborhood: what was once a bustling thoroughfare – a lively theatre and shopping district at the center of all the action – then going through hard times, is now more than ready for its renaissance. 3 restaurants will garnish the ground floor while an indoor/outdoor rooftop restaurant and bar with panoramic views of the San Francisco skyline will top the building. 16 – Almanac Barcelona, Spain
Opening: Summer 2017

Opening in Barcelona this summer, this new design-oriented and stylish boutique hotel is located on the Gran Via de les Corts Catalans. Almanac will have 92 luxurious rooms and suites, a panoramic rooftop pool and lounge and an onsite stylish Mediterranean brasserie, Linia. In a prime location, the hotel is steps from Paseo de Gracia, where guests can find stylish shopping, restaurants, bars and museums.
