Dubai is known for its extravagance and hospitality but I think this time around its gone a little over-board. They are consuming a lot more energy than they probably should be using. The percentage comes up to around 225% more than their European equivalent which results in an increase in their overheads. Knowing the hospitable souls that they are they, Dubai actually uses an average between 650 and 1,250 litres of water per guest in comparison to just 350 litres that is consumed by hotels in Germany. Not only that they also top the charts where power is concerned they use 2,750-3,250 KW of power per sqft.in comparison to the 1,000 KW per sqft that is used by hotels in Germny.
