And adding another feather to his cap is a collaboration with Lebanon’s Pragma Group to create a $150 million ‘Billionaire’s Square’ in Dubai. The square will feature a boutique hotel, a Billionaire Bar and Grill, and several other restaurants, bars, and a fitness club. This square is a renovated version of the palladium, which would cost $60m, after which construction on Billionaire’s Square will begin.
