Flavio Briatore brings the $150m ‘Billionaire’s Square’ to Dubai

When you are as rich as Italian business magnate Flavio Briatore, and have a business mind as sharp as his, every venture is a potential gold mine! And adding another feather to his cap is a collaboration with Lebanon’s Pragma Group to create a $150 million ‘Billionaire’s Square’ in Dubai. The square will feature a boutique hotel, a Billionaire Bar and Grill along with several other restaurants, bars as well as a fitness club. This square is a renovated version of the palladium, which would cost $60m, after which construction on Billionaire’s Square will begin.
