After launching the customized Four Seasons bed, the hotel company will launch the new sleep experience in all its hotels today, on World Sleep Day with two not-to-be-missed Twitter chats. During the chats, the hotel company’s Dream Team of sleep experts that include Dr. Carol Ash and dream guru Kelly Walden will address the science behind the way we sleep, how to achieve a better night’s sleep and how dreams can positively influence our daily life as well as debunk common sleep myths
At the Four Seasons Vancouver, guests will be offered fun and interactive ways to get the best possible shut-eye. Every hour – from 9am to 4pm, one of the Hotel’s “Dream Team” of sleep experts will be on hand to share their top tips on achieving a good night’s rest. From learning how to make the perfect bed, getting the best possible sleep while travelling, maximize sleep on a demanding day, why REM sleep is important, how Feng Shui can help, the role of pre-sleep nutrition and the Vancouver’s best recommended activities; the Dream Team will have answers to all your queries. Guests can also do a complete recce on the new Four Seasons Bed that is on display in the lobby of the hotel. Additionally, guests or visitors who visit the Dream Team and the new Four Seasons bed today will also be entered into the ‘In Bed With FS’ contest, where they stand the chance to win a weekend of comfort ”in bed” with Four Seasons Hotel Vancouver, when the hotel’s sleep transformation is complete in late fall.
