When in debt, collaborate… and who can do this better than the property magnates of Dubai. Leading luxury hotelier Jumeirah Group has unveiled six new plans for the coming year, beginning at home at their own Palm Jumeirah. The group will now manage Zabeel Properties’ Jumeirah Zabeel Saray on Palm Jumeirah, a beachfront property shaped like a palm tree and featuring 38 luxury villas. Outside the Emirate, the group will open the Venu Himalayas Hotel Shanghai in a few months time. The futuristic hotel will feature 400 rooms. They will also manage an 89 room and villa resort in Qiandaohu owned by the Luihe Group in China which open by 2014.
In the Maldives, 22-villa resort Jumeirah Dhevanafushi will open in the first quarter of next year, and by March, South Mahe will boast the Jumeirah Vittaveli resort featuring 90 villas and suites.
