Just where the Lannisters would stay – A Game of Thrones inspired suite in the heart of NYC

Sure, you can catch the GOT finale from any corner of the world (including your couch!), but a legendary ending as its probably deserves a better surrounding to be enjoyed from. Going by this ethos is The Refinery Hotel in New York that is now inviting fans to check into what it calls the “Lannister’s Lair,” a suite specially designed for the biggest GOT buffs.

Starting at $569 per night, the room entails plenty of goodies to match your Game of Thrones fever. For starters, it includes luxurious fur throws, “Dragon egg” candles, and a themed room service menu for you to enjoy. The decadent feast amongst other things includes “Braavos Branzino,” – a grilled sea bass with olives and almonds, “Feast of Winterfell,” – a pork shank with collard greens and pomegranate gremolata, and a “Dragon Snack,” – a boneless ribeye. Guests can also guzzle up on complimentary wine that is served in matching goblets to go with it.

Summarizing the experience, a text on hotel’s website reads: ““Those who book are guaranteed to be hosting the ultimate viewing party, spending the day eating and drinking like kings & queens while refreshing on past seasons all leading up to the highly anticipated Sunday night episode in the privacy of your suite.” The GOT suite at the Refinery Hotel comes with unperturbed access to HBO and HBO GO and is now available for booking until the series finale on May 19.
