Named after Quincy Jones, the all-American record producer, conductor, arranger, composer, musician, television producer, film producer, instrumentalist, magazine founder, entertainment company executive, and humanitarian, the Quincy Jones suite is still frequented by its namesake. Quincy Jones is known to be staying at the Montreux Palace at least once a year, for the past forty years during Montreux’s renowned annual Jazz festival.
The Quincy Jones Suite, features several souvenir photos of the artist and comes equipped with an excellent, top-of-the-range Bang & Olufsen music system. The suite itself features one bed room with a king-size bed, a separate living room, a large marble bathroom with a Jacuzzi. Located on the rooftop of the Palace, the suite offers a panoramic view of Lake Geneva and the Swiss Alps, in whichever direction you look. Its rooftop location allows for two adjacent terraces – one facing the sunrise in the east, the other the sunset in the west – ideal for parties without disturbing other guests.
