And if you’re ready to live out a preppy picnic of your own, London’s Bulgari Hotel has just the thing for you. The hotel is re-launching its popular summer bicycle programme, an unconventional service that allows individuals with a love for the great outdoors to explore Hyde Park and Knightsbridge on customized Bulgari bicycles and enjoy a picnic lunch prepared by some of the most talented chefs in the city.
Created by Milan based Momo Design, the bicycles reflect the hotel’s aesthetic of bold but sleek timeless glamor. They come accessorized with black helmets and bicycle lights. The picnic menu meanwhile, has been created by the chefs at the Knightsbridge hotel and includes a choice of salad, sandwich and dessert along with beverages like mineral water, soft drinks, Bulgari teas or coffee. For the far-from-extravagant price of £58, the Bulgari hotel offers you the bicycle hire as well as a gourmet lunch/dinner menu available between 11am to 3pm, and 5pm to 9pm, not a bad deal if you ask us! Especially given that the service is available both to guests of the Bulgari Hotel as well as non-guests looking for a day away from the city’s grind. It’s not often that exclusive services like these are made available to lay people, so if you’re in London be sure to take advantage!
