The upcoming Four Seasons resort and residences will come with its own airstrip

Four Seasons has unveiled plans to open a brand-new resort in the intriguing land of Caye Chapel, Belize in 2021. The project is in partnership with Thor Urbana, Inmobilia Desarrollos and GFA Grupo Inmobiliario, (three leading real estate development groups based in Mexico) and is expected to be a luxury affair unlike any other! Through the process, Four Seasons aims at transforming the private island of Caye Chapel into a luxe paradise for residence owners as well as leisure travelers.

The upcoming resort will open doors to approximately 50 Private Estate lots, 35 Private Residences, and 100 guest rooms and suites, each designed by Studio Caban with the best of aesthetic mixes. The private island also expects an 18-hole golf course to be designed by Greg Norman in consultation with Lorena Ochoa, a Fabien Cousteau nature and conservation institute, a marina and a private airstrip for its guests. Another exciting attraction at the Four Seasons Resort in Caye Chapel will be the Sunrise Sanctuary, located on the farthest point of Caye Chapel, which happens to be an exclusive space for focus, meditation and silent sports.
