A Bubble Tea Bar is coming up in Bandra


If you visit Taiwan or Hong Kong you can’t help but notice the unique bubble teashops on every corner. Bubble tea is also known as boba drink, pearl tea drink, or tapioca ball drink, was originated in Taiwan, and will soon make it’s presence feel in Mumbai. A new tea bar called Dr Bubbles-Chai Specialist is bringing the iced drink trend in India, to give you a perfect to go glass, when you are irritated with the heat.

Bubble drinks are usually cool, refreshing, and a sweet drink with tapioca pearls sitting on the bottom of a clear cup. Sometimes the drink is made with fresh fruits, milk, and crushed ice to create a healthy milk shake. The new tea bar will offer 50 different flavours of the cold Taiwanese bubble tea drink letting you choose between green, black, fruit based and milk tea. Toppings include fruit jelly, popping bubbles and chewy tapioca balls.
