Carve yourself a Merry Christmas at Palladium Hotel’s Festive Pop Up – The Feast

The Christmas chill is in the air and all we can think of are Burberry trench coats, lots of presents and scrumptious, soul-soothing Turkey. If you, like us, are salivating at the mere mention of the big bird, have we got good news for you! Taking us on a 10 course Turkey degustation is The Palladium Hotel with their one time Pop Up Dinner curated specially by Chef Paul Kinny for the occasion. Titled “The Feast”, the Pop Up will feature a festive menu which will include a number of Turkey-centric preparations spread across a variety of different cuisines including Japanese, Mexican, Thai, Caribbean and Italian. Palate-pleasers such as Sriracha Turkey Salad, Turkey Sushi, Turkey Risotto and of course the Classic Roast Turkey will be on offer and also be paired with some fine tipple – think Chandon Brut and Chandon Rose. Expressing his excitement for the concept, Chef Kinny said, “The Feast gives me the opportunity cook one of my favourite meats, creatively combining it with a myriad of flavours, and what better season than the Christmas month of December to play around with Turkey. I’m excited to take guests on this thrilling, global gastronomic journey!” Best way to celebrate Christmas is to carve it, we say!

The evening is priced at Rs. 3,500 plus taxes and will take place on the 19th of December, 2014 at Level 38 of the Palladium Hotel at 8:00pm sharp. Don’t forget to make prior reservations! It’s mandatory!
