The workout ends with a series of stretching exercises with simultaneous diaphragmatic breathing that promote flexibility and strength. So, what’s keeping Demi Moore, Naomi Watts, and Robert Downey Jr. young? It’s a yoga series, called Bikram Yoga, otherwise known as Hot Yoga. The exercise plan was developed by Bikram Choudhury who created a 90-minute, 26-posture series of moves (loosely based on existing postures) and two breathing exercises which he has dubbed Bikram yoga. The sequence, which must be followed precisely, is done in a room heated to 42 degrees Celsius. A great way to burn some calories and stay in shape, these classes are held in Andheri and Bandra.
