Goa regulars may be familiar with House of Lloyds, which occupies a century-old Portuguese bungalow in the village of Saipem in Candolim. Launching with two dinner parties at Please Don’t Tell (PDT), Lower Parel, the Goan restaurant will take over the Lower Parel bar’s 100-cover al fresco dining area. The menu will include signature Lloyds pork chops with a house special marinade and BBQ sauce; tiger prawns in Goan rechad sauce; and grilled kingfish with a crust of pepper, salt and lime. The vegetarian selection includes ratatouille with summer vegetables; baked feta with oregano and extra virgin olive oil; sweet potato mash; and pumpkin mash. PDT will provide special cocktails such as the passion fruit mojito, BBQ Mary and mango mule that have been created to accompany the meal.
