Hilton Worldwide signed a management pact with Palm Grove Beach Hotels to open the first Conrad hotel in India. The first Conrad hotel will come up in Pune in Maharashtra next year, in collaboration with K. Raheja Constructions Group.
The Conrad hotel will be easily accessible from the commercial and entertainment hubs and government institutions of Pune.The Conrad will feature 310 guestrooms with the latest in-room technology and six-fixture marble baths. The hotel will also feature six dining outlets, a ballroom, a function room and a pre-function area, as well as four boardrooms and a 24-hour business centre. Conrad has a global portfolio of over 23 stylish properties in key cities and resort destination offering a luxury experience that connects the global elite to the world around them.
At present, Hilton Hotels & Resorts and DoubleTree by Hilton, as well as Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton by Hilton have a presence in India. In launching the first Conrad hotel in India.
