Swarovski, a jewellery and accessory brand known world over for its sparkling crystal ware can now me purchased online only on Myntra website as well as the mobile app. This will be Swarovski’s first e-commerce undertaking with the objective to consolidate reach and share access with tech- savvy consumers.
Myntra’s venture into the jewellery segment has opened doors for leading jewellery brands to retail their products on its platform, allowing customers to shop from their favourite jewellery brands online. According to a study, Indians are likely to spend USD 35 billion on online luxury stores by 2016, compared to USD 8 billion in 2012.
Swarovski e-boutique will be located under Myntra’s premium offerings umbrella. Consumers will be able to shop for the same collections ( earrings, bracelets, necklaces, sets, watches, writing instruments) available at Swarovski stores as well as choose from the brand’s diverse fashion and trend options. There are over 300 selections for customers to choose from with prices ranging from INR 1,990 to INR 49,900.
