Varun Bahl Debut’s his Fall 2014 collection at Aza

Dazzling the crème de la crème of the fashion and film industry with the special preview of his superlative Fall 2014 Couture Collection was one of Delhi’s finest couturists, Varun Bahl. Titled ‘India Moderne’, the stunning showcase in celebration of the global Indian woman featured an interesting amalgamation of a decade’s worth of the designer’s experiences and experiments – elegant modern anarkalis, saris and gorgeous bridal couture in classic colours like duck-egg blue, black, ivory, fuchsia, and pale pink took centre stage. The exclusive viewing was held at one of SoBo’s plushest multi-designer stores, Aza where the glitterati arrived in droves. Amongst those that had come to support the uber talented designer were Huma Qureshi and Saqib Saleem who looked fabulous in Bahl’s creations, Neha Dhupia, Ramona Narang, Nandita Mahtani, Prerna Goel, Maheep Kapoor, Devaunshi Mehta and Shanoo Sharma.
