Wasabi celebrates the Hokkaido festival with an exciting new menu


A once in a year phenomenon, the seventh day of the seventh month marks the meeting of the two stars, Altair and Vega separated by the Milky Way also marking the start of summer in the northern parts of Japan.To celebrate this momentous occasion, Wasabi, at the Taj Mahal Palace, has crafted a special Japanese menu to excite your palate.

One of the best Japanese restaurants in town, Wasabi has designed a specially curated menu to celebrated the auspicious Japanese festival, also known as Tanabata festival. The menu includes Hokkaido Cheese Fondue – richness of white and green paired with purple asparagus, Fresh Uni Spicy King Crab – Tobiko, Sapporo Miso Ramen – corn and onion wakame, Toumorokoshi Jingisukan – Kochujan soy sauce, Tokishirazu Salmon – Chanchan yaki miso cheese sauce. End the scrumptious meal on a sweet note with a Sakuranbo Lavender Tart – royal chocolate ice cream.
