World-renowned body therapist Pamela Young to conduct Watsu and Reiki at the Ananda spa

Watsu is a form of hydrotherapy which takes place in warm water. The therapy is a mix of massages, joint mobilisations, shiatsu, muscle stretching and dance and aims at inducing deep relaxation and calm. Reiki, which is an age-old Japanese practice, too is a calming technique and is highly-recommended for people with high levels of stress and anxiety. Pamela, who initially worked in the medical field of Orthopedics and Pathology is also familiar with a host of other holistic sciences and even specializes in Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular, & Myofascial massages as well as Lymphatic, Thai, Chakra Balancing, LaStone and Reflexology this, allows the skilled professional to use her experience and wealth of knowledge to choose and customize a treatment best suited for every guest’s individual needs.
