America’s top 10 most expensive zip codes!

Beverly Hills, Bel air etc are all passé. Say hello to new and expensive zip codes of the US of A that would make you feel terrible if your happen to be living in the not-so-coveted-anymore Beverly Hills which barely makes it to no. 10. That is still a better position to be in than Bel Air (90077) which lags way back at No. 29 with a median price of $1.72 million. Surprisingly making it to top slot is Fisher Island, Fla., 33109, Miami-Dade County with a Median sales price of $3.85 million. At no.2 is Alpine, N.J., 07620, Bergen County with Median sales price $3.59 million which is quite close. With a median sales price of $3 million, Mill Neck, N.Y., 11765, Nassau County makes it to the third position. My favourite Newport Coast, Calif., 92657, Orange County comes at number 4 and I am glad it made it to the top 5. Winning accolades mid-way is Water Mill, N.Y. 11976, Suffolk County with a Median sales price of $2.72 million, not a penny more not a penny less.
