Featuring its Emergency Wardrobe Service to The Manual For a Stylish Life, its tie-up with J.Crew and Karl Lagerfeld to name a few from the endeavors we’ve had with Net-A-Porter, the online fashion retailer plans to make it big! Seems like its success stories has more chapters to unveil in comparison to popularity gained in the UK and US. With ‘expansion’ on its mind, Net-A-Porter plans to introduce three language versions to its e-commerce site: French, German and Chinese. Moreover, having recognized Asia as a potential market (already servicing one-third of its customers) the online retailer is soon to open a distribution center in Hong Kong, with a view to reduce shipping/delivery time.
The location selected is a 130,000 square foot warehouse in Tsing Yi (part of Hong Kong New Territories region). The distribution centre would service Net-A-Porter’s Asia-Pacific customers, inclusive of 17 countries: China, Japan, Singapore, South Korea and Taiwan.
